Logent Group acquires Misi and continues to strengthen its position in northern Europe and the Netherlands.
Logent Group (“Logent”) has today entered into an agreement to acquire a majority share in the Dutch company Misi B.V. (“Misi”). In 2022, Misi’s net sales amounted to EUR 8.6 million. The acquisition is expected to close in August.
Misi is a multi-client warehousing company based in Bleiswijk, which is strategically located between Rotterdam and The Hague. Logent recently established operations in the Netherlands and Misi will be an important additional platform for growth in the country.
Misi focuses on e-commerce fulfillment and has more than 150 customers in the multi-client warehouse in Bleiswijk. There is a large customer demand in this customer segment and Misi already has plans to expand
the existing warehouse capacity of 7.000 m2. Key success factors for Misi include a customer centric approach with a strong system and software capability including an inhouse developed WMS system with integrations towards all major e-commerce platforms.

Logent Group acquires Logistikas and strengthens its position as one of the contract logistics leaders in the Nordics.
Logent Group has today entered into an agreement with KH Group to acquire all shares in the Finnish company Logistikas Oy (“Logistikas”). The debt-free purchase price of the share transaction is EUR 23.5 million and the total purchase price paid to the sellers for the shares and other equity items is approximately EUR 18.5 million. In 2022, Logistikas’ net sales amounted to EUR 31.8 million and EBITDA to EUR 2.4 million. The acquisition is not subject to any conditions and the closing takes effect immediately.
Logistikas has a strong reputation and a solid client base in contract logistics, including both dedicated solutions, a complementary multi-client warehousing offering and transport management services. Being present in the western and central parts of Finland, Logistikas is strategically positioned for further growth and will be an important step in Logent’s growth strategy of expanding our coverage in the Nordics and continued journey towards a leading Northern European position.
Over the last 25 years Logistikas has built a strong culture of customer focus and service quality, that has resulted in healthy growth and long-term partnerships. Present on 10 different locations with a broad range of services within the industrial, energy and trade segments Logistikas has a privileged position for further expansion.

Logent and HelloFresh have agreed on contractual changes regarding operations in Sweden and Norway
Logent and HelloFresh have agreed on contractual changes regarding operations in Sweden and Norway. HelloFresh will take over operational responsibility for the site in Bjuv from November 2023. The parties have signed a long-term staffing agreement in Sweden and the contract in Norway will continue unchanged and has been prolonged.
Logent has since 2019 been logistics partner for HelloFresh operation in the Nordics. During the partnership, Logent has supported HelloFresh with design, implementation and operation of the production and warehouses in the Nordics. In January 2023 Logent and HelloFresh successfully transferred the operations in Bjuv to a new larger production facility. As part of the global strategy, HelloFresh will take over operational responsibility for the site in Bjuv from November. The collaboration will continue with a long-term strategic staffing partnership. In addition, the partnership in Moss for the Norwegian market will continue unchanged and has been prolonged until end of October 2024.

Logent Group starts operations in the Netherlands
Logent Group continue to grow into new markets and expects to shortly establish operations in the Netherlands. Logent Group is in advanced negotiations with NA-KD regarding a first partnership whereby the strategic partnership with Logent Group is strengthened.
It is a strategic decision to establish operations at one of the largest logistics markets in Europe. It will provide us a solid base for further growth in Europe and will offer both existing and new customers new opportunities, says Mats Steen, CEO Logent Group.
Logent Group is in final negotiations with NA-KD to strengthen the strategic partnership with Logent Group. Logent Group will thereby be selected as logistics partner and the parties intend to soon sign a five-year cooperation agreement. Pursuant to the cooperation agreement which is being negotiated, Logent Group will support NA-KD and be responsible to establish, start-up and operate the new modern warehouse in Duiven. All processes and the automation solution will be based on the set-up in Sweden. The warehouse will initially be about 40.000 square meters. Logent will welcome 100-150 new employees to the warehouse.
We are proud and honored for this opportunity and deepened partnership with NA-KD. It´s fantastic that successful partnerships can evolve into new markets. Material events subsequent to the reporting period
- The company has carried out an issuance of SEK 900 million senior secured notes and entered into a super senior revolving credit facility.
- Johan Wallmander, the previous CEO for Logent Staffing & Recruitment, has been appointed as VP Cooperate Development, as responsible for Logents future strategic geographical expansion into new markets.
- Patrik Engh, the current CEO for Logent Customs AB, has been appointed as the new CEO for Logent Staffing & Recruitment.
CEO’s comments
Logent Group shows a strong financial performance with revenue of SEK 980.1m and EBITDA of SEK 100.5m year to date. The company continues to show a positive growth development and ended up at a growth rate of 11% year to date compared to last year. The explanation behind the positive financial development is mainly related to new businesses in the business areas Warehousing and Transport management.
Logent welcome the new main owner of the company, Stirling Square Capital Partner, who acquired Logent 28th of June 2019.
